Beaulieu is seeking to recruit an outstanding Head of School – Primary to join our dynamic Executive Team from 1st September 2022.
The successful individual will assume pastoral and professional responsibility for all our staff, students and parents within the Primary area of our school family. The Head of School – Primary will be accountable to the Executive Headteacher, and will work in deep collaboration within the Executive Team, comprising of the Executive Headteacher, the Chief Operating Officer and the Head of School – Secondary, supported by other senior leaders.
The ability to be able to work collaboratively and within such a team, for the benefit of the whole School, will be an essential prerequisite for this role.
As a private Catholic School and registered local Charity, we are part of the Catholic Church. The post, therefore, requires a practising Catholic.
