ROLES IN BEAULIEU PRIMARY

We are seeking individuals to help us fill roles within our Primary School team. Beaulieu is a forward-thinking and outward-looking school, proud of the calibre of education it offers.

HR ADMINISTRATOR

Beaulieu is seeking an HR Administrator to join our busy team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Human Resources Administrator will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative service in a range of general HR administration duties, including payroll. They will ensure that the administrative services of this function adheres to all current legislation, best-practice and internal policies and procedures.

The role requires strong administration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process payroll. To be successful, you will need to multitask effectively and use your initiative to thrive in a team-orientated environment. Previous experience working in HR is beneficial but not essential. This role is 35 hours per week term time only.

HEADTEACHER

Beaulieu is seeking to recruit an outstanding Headteacher to lead our unique and much-loved School. The successful individual will assume pastoral and professional responsibility for all staff, students and parents within the Beaulieu community. They will lead by example, with integrity and dedication, to motivate, inspire and positively engage all those around them.

The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic, passionate about their own Catholic faith, bringing it to life through teaching and learning at Beaulieu. They will promote the Catholicity of Beaulieu and the legacy and values established by our founding Order – the Sisters of the Immaculate Conception.

Beaulieu is seeking to recruit an outstanding Head of Religious Education to join our busy Secondary School.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and dynamic, responsible for Religious Education across all the Secondary Key Stages, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning and enhanced achievement.

A practising Catholic, you will have the skills and imagination required to undertake this important leadership role within our School community.

BEAULIEU CONVENT SCHOOL TRUST TRUSTEES

The Trustees of Beaulieu are seeking individuals to join our Trustee Board. Our Trustees are responsible for Beaulieu’s strategy, overseeing financial performance and maintaining a high standard of governance.

It is a rewarding role, supporting the School to help the next generation of talented students reach their full potential.

The Trustees we are seeking will have commercial experience and a passion for education. In particular, we would welcome interest from potential Trustees with experience in the education, legal or accounting sectors.
